Early Capital, Well Prepared

Angel Investment Advisory for Founders and Investors

An angel round changes ownership as well as the cash available to a startup. We help founders assess dilution, prepare financial information and understand the tax and compliance implications of proposed terms. Investors can request a financial review within an agreed scope; we do not recommend investments or manage funds.

About the Service

Understanding Angel Investment

An angel round involves a small number of investors putting in early capital, often through equity or a convertible instrument. Founders have to settle the valuation, the instrument, the rights the investors receive and the compliance steps that follow. Investors have to decide how much to invest, what to ask for and how the investment will be treated for tax and reporting.

We define whether we are advising the founder or the investor and assess conflicts before accepting an engagement. For founders, that means a realistic valuation, a clean cap table and organised records. For investors, it means reading the numbers behind a pitch, asking the right questions and understanding the filings and tax treatment. Where there is a transaction, we coordinate with your lawyers on the agreements. We do not promise investor introductions or investment outcomes.

Our team is based in Gandhi Nagar, Delhi, supporting clients across Delhi-NCR and remotely across India. We confirm any on-site or hearing requirements when agreeing the engagement.
