Clarity on GST Notices
GST disputes often turn on invoices, return reconciliations and the reasons recorded in a notice or order. We help businesses assemble that evidence, respond to assessment and audit queries, and prepare appeals concerning demands, refunds or registration. The scope depends on the issue and stage of proceedings.

About the Service
GST disputes tend to start with a mismatch: between the sales reported and the sales the portal shows, between the input tax credit claimed and the credit available, or between what was filed and what was paid. A notice, a scrutiny query or a department audit may follow, and an order can then raise a demand of tax, interest and penalty.
If an order goes against you, the GST law provides a ladder of appeals, usually starting before the first appellate authority and moving to the Appellate Tribunal. A mandatory pre-deposit is generally needed to appeal, so planning the cash requirement early is part of the advice we give.

How We Work
We identify the provision invoked, the tax period, the amount and the last date to reply, and tell you what is being alleged in simple terms.
We match your returns, books and invoices to the portal data to see what is genuinely in dispute and what can be explained.
We prepare the reply or appeal with supporting documents, explain any pre-deposit that applies and file once you approve.
We track the hearing and the order, advise on payment, rectification or a further appeal, and update you at each stage.
We will narrow this to what your notice actually needs.
Questions

Note the due date, read what has been asked and send the notice to us promptly. We will explain the allegation, gather the data and prepare a reply. Not responding can lead to an order being passed against you.
Common reasons are a supplier who did not file or pay, differences between your books and the portal statements, or invoices that do not meet the conditions for credit. We reconcile the figures to find which reason applies to you.
Generally, yes. A percentage of the disputed amount has to be paid when you appeal. The rate and caps are set by law and can change, so we confirm the current requirement before you file.
Yes. Depending on the reason and the stage, we can prepare a reply to the notice, an application for revocation or an appeal against the order. The time limits are short, so contact us as soon as you know.
