Prepare for Investor Review
Before approaching investors, founders need a credible cash plan, a clear ownership record and financial assumptions they can explain. Our startup advisory and funding support focuses on this preparation, from financial models to due diligence records. We help assess funding routes without promising introductions or investment.

About the Service
Early-stage companies are asked many of the same questions by investors, lenders and incubators: How big is the market, what does a customer cost and earn, how long will the cash last, who owns what, and are the filings in order? A startup that can answer them calmly with consistent figures is usually in a stronger position to negotiate.
Our work covers the financial and compliance side of that preparation. We help build the model, tidy the books and the cap table, check the corporate and tax filings, explore the funding routes that suit your stage, and support you through due diligence and documentation. Investment decisions are made by investors and founders, not by us, and we do not promise that funding will be secured.

Our team is based in Gandhi Nagar, Delhi, supporting clients across Delhi-NCR and remotely across India. We confirm any on-site or hearing requirements when agreeing the engagement.
How We Work
We look at your stage, your records, your structure and your plans, and tell you plainly how ready you are and what to fix first.
We prepare or refine the model, valuation range, cap table and use-of-funds plan, and bring books and filings up to date.
We help assemble the financial material and data room, rehearse the questions investors tend to ask and review options for funding routes.
We support due diligence, review the financial and tax terms, coordinate with your lawyers on documents and help with filings after closing.
Early-stage records are rarely perfect. Bring what you have and we will advise on what to fix.
Questions
The useful answers, upfront.
Still have a question? Start a conversation and we will point you in the right direction.
We prepare you for fundraising and help you understand the options, and where appropriate we can facilitate conversations. We cannot guarantee that investors will invest, or the amount, timing or terms. The decision rests with the investors.
Earlier than most founders expect. Clean books, a sound structure and a clear cap table take months to build, and they are hard to fix in the middle of a deal. Even a pre-revenue startup benefits from a readiness review.
We use accepted methods that fit your stage, such as comparable transactions, discounted cash flow or a scorecard approach, and we explain the assumptions. An indicative fundraising range supports negotiation; a regulatory valuation may require a separate report, method and authorised signatory.
We review the financial, tax and compliance aspects and explain how they affect you. Legal drafting and negotiation of the agreements should be done with your lawyers, and we coordinate with them.
Eligibility depends on the scheme, your age, turnover, structure and sector. We check the criteria against your facts, and tell you honestly when a scheme does not fit.
