A Sound Start
Choose an entity with ownership, funding plans and ongoing compliance in mind. We help Indian founders and overseas investors compare suitable structures, prepare incorporation applications and identify the registrations needed to begin operations. Approvals and processing times remain with the relevant authorities.

About the Service
Setting up in India usually means more than incorporation. A company or LLP needs a name approval, directors with identification numbers, a registered office, a PAN and TAN, and often GST, professional tax, employee-related and other registrations. Some of these can be applied for together, but each has its own conditions, and mistakes at this stage tend to resurface later as notices or amendments.
For overseas businesses, the choice of vehicle also matters: a wholly owned subsidiary, a joint venture company, an LLP or a liaison, branch or project office each carry different rules on ownership, repatriation and reporting. We explain the options in plain terms and coordinate with legal counsel where the transaction needs it.

How We Work
We learn who the owners are, what the business will do, whether outside funding is likely and how much compliance you are comfortable with.
We compare the options on ownership, liability, tax, funding and ongoing filings, and you decide which to proceed with.
We collect the documents, prepare the filings, obtain digital signatures and identification numbers, and submit the application. We respond to queries from the authorities.
After incorporation we help with registrations, the first meetings and resolutions, the bank account and a calendar of upcoming compliance.
Requirements vary with the structure and the people involved. We give you a tailored checklist after the first conversation.
Questions
The useful answers, upfront.
Still have a question? Start a conversation and we will point you in the right direction.
It depends on your plans. A private limited company is usually preferred if you expect to raise equity funding or issue employee options. An LLP can suit professional or closely held businesses that want flexibility and fewer formalities. We compare both against your plans before you decide.
It depends on how complete the documents are and on any queries from the authorities. We share an estimate once we have reviewed your documents, and we keep you updated as the application moves.
Yes, subject to the rules for foreign investment in the activity you plan to carry on. We explain which route applies, what approvals or reporting are needed and how to prepare the documents.
A registered office address is required, and proof of the right to use it must be provided. A physical workspace for the whole team is not necessarily required. We guide you on what is acceptable.
There are several early steps: a bank account, the first board meeting, the appointment of the first auditor, share issuance and any commencement filings that apply, besides tax registrations. We prepare a checklist so that nothing is missed.
